Accessories Beware insecure watches...

Every so often someone pops into here, and asks about some cheap smartwatch... and if they should use it.

Well... as most kids aren't going to be running android wear, they might be tempted by something like this. And if kids devices aren't secure, then there's no reason to suspect that their grownup ones will be either.


sadly, the reasons why this is news, is that nobody is actually looking at these things.

Yes but it looks like the apple watch is a huge failure or flop so I don't know if they will be around for much longer

I think the fad for smart-watches might be pretty much over. In the tech markets I'm seeing a lot less of them this year, and many sellers that had them, don't have them now. So even Apple is having difficulty in selling them as well. Also the authorized Samsung and Huawei resellers no longer stock their smart-watches from what I've seen.

I'm thinking that the novelty is wearing off and those who like them (like me) are going to be more interested in style. I'm liking the latest offerings from Fossil.
