Change Phone Media Volume While Using Earphones

So let's say my media volume is on 0 and when i plug earphones in, it automatically goes to 5 which is where i left off last time when using earphones.
My question is, is there a way to change the phone media volume from 0 -while connected to earphones- so that when i unplug my earphones, the volume should change to 8 (example)
Galaxy s5 marshmallow no root

Thanks for reply.
Are you saying that i can have Tasker automatically change volume to 8 when it detects that earphones are removed? That i know.

I'm wondering if there is a way to control the volume while using earphones.

Actually the reason why I'm asking is connected to tasker, i have it set up that as soon as my Bluetooth earphones are connected, it starts playing music. Now for some reason, even after my earphones are connected, i have to wait to hear a beep from the earphones, otherwise the music starts playing from the speaker.

(I know about the wait option in Tasker witch I've set up to 10s. Problem is that the beep is not always the same time)

So i should have just asked: is there is a way to have Tasker mute my phone media volume while connected to Bluetooth, without muting my Bluetooth volume.

When the Bluetooth connects, it will have those two dots near the Bluetooth icon (attachment below) and the phone detects the Bluetooth as connected. Therefore Tasker takes that also, as connected.
The issue is that even after it's 'connected' it has to beep. I once had to wait for 30 or 40 seconds for the beep. Now i agree it's weird, cuz if it's connected then why is it playing from phone speaker, if not connected why show connected symbol.
I am using a cheap pair of Earphones, but it would be more understandable if the music wasn't planning at all during these few seconds.

The issue has been going on for a few months now, i even factory reset my phone (for a different issue)
I wouldn't have an issue had it not been for Tasker thinking that the Bluetooth is fully connected and starting to play music through speaker instead of waiting for 'handshake' and then playing through Bluetooth only.
Thanks
