Help with myphoneexplorer backed up info

I had a galaxy s5, and I backed up all my information to my pc using Helium, myphoneexplorer and Smartswitch.
Then my galaxy broke, and while I decide which phone I am going to buy to replace it, I bought a cheap android phone, the LG optimus Zone 3.

I can connect to myphoneexporer using wifi. Does anyone know how do I transfer my old galaxy contacts to this phone?
