Contacts sync from Outlook but not vice versa

I have Nokia 5 with clean Android 7.2.1 and need to sync it with Outlook contacts (run in O365). Everything works fine from PC to mobile but when I add new contact via mobile it does not sync to Outlook. I used various sync methods (gmail, bluemail etc.) but the result was the same. The same happend also on my previous Nubio Z11 Mini s with Android 6. I tried various settings on both devices but no success. Any ideas how to fix it would be welcomed.

Are you adding the contact using the outlook app on your phone?

No, I use BlueMail or Gmail but none of these worked for mobile-to-PC direction (PC-to-mobile direction works without problems).

I actually tried also Outlook in past but eventually did not use it as some part of contacts was not synced at all. When I used Outlook the contact was synced also from mobile to PC but in PC Outlook it remained on the top of contact list and was not correctly placed into the list under contact first capital so I eventually left this way.

My colleague uses also telephone inbuilt app and it is synced correctly so I guessed it must be something with O365 settings. I checked mobile device access in O365 settings and it seems correctly allowed.

Hi Petr, I guess if built-in apps can't cope with this issue, you'll need to use some third-party software. I can recommend you to use akruto for mobile-to-PC direction.
