@Nokkie I would suggest following info on XDA (quoted above by @dfuse06 ). The manual process will allow you to better understand what is going on in case you need to troubleshoot now or in the future. Unfortunately as android versions have increased Kit-Kat, Lollipop, Marshmallow, etc. more and more individuals have run into issues (aka bricks) by trying to use the automatic methods.
Yes it is a few more steps and a computer is needed, but in the long run you will understand a bit more of what you are doing and/or about to do and may be able to help not only yourself but others within the community in the future!
