Foxfi hotspot usage help

I have the full version of FoxFi asking with the PDA Net too on Cricket network..and apparently doesn't hide the data transmission..but one thing I noticed is that the data the hotspot uses, countes towards the unlimited data I have as a bank..

I don't know if is it's way to mask it..I don't know if is convenient or inconvenient..

Your thoughts are welcome..

When you use PdaNet did you hide your tether use and enable USB mode

I used foxfi for a while but kept having issues,
I ran my entire network off of a android hotspot connection .
to solve that I moved away from foxfi
instead using the Xposed framework + Xteather module to get my native tether working on samsung galaxy amp2 --->Cricket

well that bypassed the thing about paying $20 more a month for teather, the devices connected to it got good speed and all was fine for a month, then out of nowhere they figured out i was tethering and started to throttle the connections.
So because i think i should get more than 12kbps on my speed .
I went and set-up a micro instance at Amazon's EC2 , basically i setup a free UBUNTU 16 LTS amazon server, it was free.
then installed openvpn and setup My OWN vpn.

well I downloaded the client configs ( made 2)
and installed openVpn Gui for windows(MY HOTSPOT GATEWAY) and transfered the config to it.
and installed openvpn for android by arnie (something) from playstore.
so I connected the phone to the vpn useing the #1 client config
and went to google
"whats my ip google?"
and sure enough it was different from the ip i normally have.
i run whois on the ip
AMAZON

so now i had my connection coming OUT of amazon through a tunnel.
next I set up a Hotspot on my Windows Pc and used USB tethering to connect the windows pc to the android.

so at that point I have a hotspot comeing from windows machine routed through vpn tunnel to via android to amazon and this stoped the carrier from useing Packet inspection to determine the nature of my traffic...

NO MORE THROTTLEING.

Just A Nice 1MBPS + connection for every device in the house, and an amazon ip when I connect to anything on the net.

While an elaborate approach this worked for me to be able to download hundreds of gigs of source code and roms, while also allowing me to stream video content on any wifi capable device in my home.

also if you get root access to your device check into the build property
net.tethering.noprovisioning=true

Hope this Helps.
