Yeah, this one's been doing the rounds here in the UK recently:
Should have gone to...
There's been a long-running ad campaign in the UK for a national opticians chain. The ads all involve a humourous error caused by the protagonist not spotting something or mistaking one thing for another, and end with the tagline "Should have gone to Specsavers..."
The same joke did the rounds a couple of years ago when this happened:
