Android Oreo Update

logic I've heard is that LG and VZ and a few other carriers don't see the benefit of moving to the .x updates of android unless you skip 2 or 3. IE if there had been a 7.3 - it might have come out to the V20. .1 wasn't a big enough change issue - for the testing work needed.

so they instead bide their time for when the next major comes out - which will be 8 - and we are supposed to all get it. I bet moto products have it before the V20 does.

What about the UI. We will get LG UX 6.0 or just stuck with the current version ?

released at the END of 2016 and the first product with Android 7.0. So it's not that ridiculous.

ALso I'm on February security update - I have VZ and they've been pretty decent on the regular security patches. There is some talk of the big move to 8.01 come April - but I won't hold my breath.

I figure it might be June when it hits - and that it would hit the V30 and new V30+ and G6 all at the same time.
