Mobile data toggle or shortcut available?

I recently switched to the S8 from a LG G5. The G5 had a toggle in the notification panel to turn mobile data on or off. I don't see this on the S8 notification panel. Is there a equivalent, or a shortcut, so I don't need to go into Settings>Connections>Data Usage to access the toggle?

I see one on my notification pull down.

If you pull it down completely, there should be a pencil icon next to the settings button in the top right, hit that and it will allow you to reorder and add different buttons. Have you tried mucking about with that?
El Presidente, maybe different carriers have different options. Mine pull down does not (US T-Mobile). What you described was available on my LG G5 but not on my T-Mobile S8.

So you're saying you don't see these toggles?

Try swiping down twice in row to see if you get an 'expanded' drop down menu. If this works on your phone, in that expanded menu there should be an icon to toggle mobile data on/off to add to your regular notification bar.
Thanks but the expanded menu (swipe right) also doesn't have a mobile data toggle. I believe T-mobile disabled this. I am hoping there's another shortcut or a 3rd party app.
