My Huawei P10 Lite decided to delete half of the download folder by itself for some reason, without my interaction. I go to sleep with my 1.9k files in the download folder there as normal, wake up to ~800 files in the download folder. And it isn't even like a cut in half. The missing files are deleted in random fashion - like my phone decided to roll dice and delete carelessly.
Is there any way to get my 1k missing files back? The only folder harmed is my downloads folder. Nothing else.
