Dual / Multi Citizenship - where do you recommend?

Now I have been doing some research of where to go and live for Dual / Multi Citizenship... but I need to know of other places I may have missed or should seriously consider :)

I remember LV426 (how do I add names again to say I mentioned someone? It is a tricky little one that lol) told me about Monaco but I am wondering what else is out there :D

However it must meet certain criteria for my needs:

1) Number 1 is the single and most important reason OF ALL! :D I need no taxes.... or preferably a tax haven! I cannot reiterate how important this factor is I seriously neeeeeeeeeed extremely low taxes / tax haven ect.
2) Language is not a problem! - I don't mind learning Spanish / French (Like Mauritius) ect ect I would love to learn a new language! But yes time consuming but not the end might be a lot of fun as well :)
3) I basically want it to be relatively fast (I don't mind a few years or so of a continuous period to gain citizenship if required) I don't mind living there for a while :p

A few places have come to mind :)

1) Dominica! (Looks freaking awesome!)

Dominica looks fracking awesome! For as little as 100 000$ you can essentially out right BUY citizenship! This comes with an oh so heavenly ZERO TAX FOR LIFE!!! :-D

I LOVE the sound of this amazing little gem! Also I heard Passport (visa free) status is automatically granted to something like an insane 28 countries in the EU alone! ****ing awesome!

2) Turk and Caicos Islands

Now this one is extremely interesting with a population of approximately 20 000 ( might be more now because the immigration book I bought 2nd hand is several years old) but I have heard it looks like to actually gain / acquire citizenship is quite challenging as the local population might disappear over night :D

Also you gain ZERO TAX!!!

You can also buy "permanent residency" but unfortunately this is not the same as passport / citizenship :/

So what tax haven I missed out?

Please note I want something that is tax free where I can maybe buy citizenship :D

Yes yes .... I know it may sound "dodgey" :D but if I can be tax free for life then HELL YEAH! :D

What else do you guys recommend?

I was going to suggest Barbados or the Cayman Islands who also have very lax tax policies and you could probably get a decent position on one of the oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. Just don't live there during hurricane season.

That's a brilliant idea thank you buddy!!! :D

I must check that out!

Thank you my great friend :D

Hmm but hurricane season sounds very scary :(

I don't like the sound of that though :(:(:(

Unless you're in one those elitist tax havens, anywhere you go where they have low/no taxes you have really horrible services. Taxes pay for, among other things, schools, hospitals, roads, and infrastructure, police and fire..... Just saying. I'd go somewhere that has HIGH taxes so that I have free HC and nice roads for the fancy car I'd buy. Usually the people are happier and there's less crime. But that's me.
