Years ago I was riding in the car with my dad. He questioned the song on the radio and I said that's Hall & Oats. He sat silent for a few and then said " who the hell would name their group haul'n oats?

This is the least I've ever had to play in a gig. Trombone section left at the interval due to having nothing to do in the second half. Fee per note works out at the best rate ever! Paid for a few drinks in the pub anyway

In rehearsal I would turn to my phone, and go to Android Forums, but that looks a bit unprofessional in the actual concert. So we just sit back and appreciate the immense musical skill of our fellow musicians, while counting the hundreds of bars rest.
