Hello there Ann, and welcome to the forums!

Not exactly sure what's going on, but can you provide us with some more info? It may or may not be relevant, but it may help. :)

Such as what device make/model you are using. What android version are you on and who is your carrier?
What browser and email client do you use? What keyboard do you use? Did this issue arise after some sort of software update?
What have you tried to correct the issue (you mention you have tried everything so I didn't want to assume something ;) )

I have a new Dell desktop with Windows 10 nothing works on it. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 Active software is up to date. I can give you a whole listing of numbers depending on what you want to see. I googled this issue and found troubleshooting that called for deleting history, deleting cookies, reseting chrome, I have tried everything and nothing has been successful. can someone please help here??? I installed samsung pay on my phone and it demands fingerprints. with any work at all you alter your prints enough that the device locks you out of your financials. I switched to google pay and cant get it to work properly with all this other stuff going on. I just want google pay and my wallet to work prperly. I have invoices in my in box that need paying.

So your Chrome browser on the pc and the Chrome browser on your device no longer autofill your info?
Did you disable that feature by mistake ?
**below taken from https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch001377.htm
Google Chrome users
Note: If you have never filled out a form before within Chrome, you need to manually input all of your information into a form the first time before autofill will begin to work.

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser.
  2. Click Customize and control Google Chrome
    chrome-menu-icon.jpg
in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select Settings.
  4. At the bottom of Settings, click Advanced.
  5. In the Passwords and Forms section, click the arrow in the Autofill settings box.

  1. In the Autofill Settings menu, ensure that the slider is set to
    chrome-toggle-on.jpg
    (on position).
  2. In the Addresses section, click Add on the right-hand side of the page.
  3. Fill out all address settings you want to be saved and click
    chrome-save-button.jpg
    .
  4. Once you've completed the previous steps, try out your Autofill using the example test form below. Click the first form field, type your first name, then press the down arrow, then press Enter.
Tip: If you would like to use an Autofill feature on all of your browsers, tablets, and phones, see our third-party autofill tools.

You got a problem with your PC as well? I don't use Windows myself, I have a Mac.:thumbsupdroid: So can't really help you there. Maybe a question for our Computers forum, as it's not really Android?

Anything financial, you should be able to set a PIN or password as well as fingerprint authentication. And maybe SMS authentication as well. And I've never known a financial service that doesn't.

The issue is chrome. The problem is common to all my devices.
I presume they're all logged in and synced to Google? As it's common to all, then the problem has to be with the way they're syncing? That's just a guess, I never use Chrome myself on any platform. I usually use Firefox on Mac, and Naked Browser on my Oppo phone. I don't use Chrome mainly because it's centred around Google and I'm in China.

Yes they are all logged in and syncing. I have been absent because I've been in touch with Google who 1st told me that autofill had been replaced with an app google pay and google send so I installed and set these up on my phone nothing worked. I sent them screenshots my email invoices still want to pull from autofill but it's not working. I can even manually enter my credit information and google stops me freezes the transaction. I'm having to pay with PayPal. I have to fix this. Computer and phone are syncing I have checked everything and its all there. I can't pay on computer either.
When google couldn't fix this they blew me off back to forums.

I'm on android. So stuck with Google. You mentioned you don't use it what do you use?

I do use an Android phone and tablet, however I live in China, where Google is blocked(unless using a VPN), and so Android devices here just don't have Google services on them, like Play Store. I'm using things like Wechat(Tenpay), Alipay, Taobao, QQ Mail, DiDi Taxi, etc. all of which have their own apps. My browser of choice for Android is Naked Browser, namely because it's lightweight and fast I found.
