Hi !
I have a problem with my galaxy s5, lately its not working properly, it stops and than there comes a notification that says "Storage is almost full".
I have to much images and other stuffs that I cant delete there but even when I delete anything its the same problem.
I have about 600 MB free storage but it gets to 250 or 300 too fast and the phone starts to show problems, i have to go to storage and clear catche to bring back the 600 fre mb but after a while the notification shows again.
I have a external SD card mounted too.
How can I fix this problem ?!
Hope u understand my bad english and know any solution ! thanks !

Where are your images and other stuff stored? You need to make sure that you use your MSD card to store your photos/videos as well as your documents.
You should also clear out old text messages and emails that are accessed through installed apps.
Also, to save space, use the browser version of sites like Facebook and other social media. They can take up huge amounts of space.

Clearing the app caches every day isn't a very good practice. Apps need their caches to function so every time you delete them, every time an app starts it has to rebuild its cache. All you're doing is creating is an endless, repeating cycle that results in a very brief benefit, a few MBs of temporary free space, with the problem of overall usability still remaining as the over-riding issue.

You initially mentioned you do have a microSD card so you should move your photos, videos, music, and other miscellaneous files to the card. Samsung includes a basic file manager app so you don't even need to take up space installing one. Look in your S5's app menu for the 'My Files' app, and use that to transfer files over from the internal storage to the card. (You might want to copy them in small batches at first, check and then double-check the files are safely stored on your card, and then delete them from the internal storage. Then when you're more comfortable transferring files around just do what you want.)
Once you get those files moved over to the microSD card, that should clear up a lot of storage space on a more long-term basis. Another thing to check is go into your Settings >> Apps menu and delete any apps you've installed that you just don't use anymore. (...and don't just use the 'Uninstall' button, use 'Clear data' first and then tap on the 'Uninstall' button.)
Also, go into your Settings >> Storage menu and check the various listed items for any random things to delete, but be very selective about deleting only what you're sure you don't need.

My friend, I don't know why you are so hesitant to use the card is inserted in your phone..it has so many good benefits..one of them: if your phone fries, all the data on it dies with it but if you move all of it to the external sd card will be sound and safe..I don't know about you but I DO VALUE a lot all the data I've saved along these years in my external sd card..it's time, effort, money, memories, intimacy and life..

Just saying.
