My Huawei Y6 2017 screen shattered yesterday and it's completely impossible to use. There is still power in it and I am hearing notifications coming through. I have some notes, photos and phone numbers on there that I really need to see.
I have tried several pieces of software that claim to be able to access the phones internal memory, but none of them actually work. I tried the DrPhone program, but it's broken phone section seems to only support Samsung. When I plug the phone into my laptop via USB, it connects, but of course I have no way of allowing debugging on the phone now.
My information was not backed up on my Google account etc (even though a couple of unneeded recent photos curiously are), nor were my contacts saved to the sim, everything is in the internal memory. I already realize this isn't ideal, but it's where I'm at all the same.
Surely there's a way of accessing the phone's memory?
