So when you open up settings for this 'Rotation Control Pro', are you implying it's not working correctly or that there's some other problem? More details please as to why you're having issues with it.

I've got a Huawei Mate 10 with EMUI 8 myself, and I've never seen a notification like that before.

What's "Rotation Control Pro", is that some app you've installed? And what actually happens if you do "touch to open settings..."?

What I mean is that the Android System is sending me an annoying notification about how Rotation Control Pro is drawing over other apps. I know that it is drawing over other apps, I don't need a stupid notification telling me that that is happening. Rotation Control Pro is an app that basically lets you set a rotation "mode" for apps, like "portrait," "landscape," etc. Thanks for your help, I will gladly provide more info if needed.

So it's this app?

It could be something conflicting between the app and a particular feature of EMUI, Huawei's version of Android.

I can't try this app for myself on my Huawei with EMUI, because I have no means of payment registered with Google Play. Suggest you email the Rotation Control Pro developers, tell them what's happening, what phone you've got, its Android version etc., and maybe they can suggest something or possibly fix with an update.
