You may have something else going on, figure out your wakelocks and you'll be fine

Edit: I use this - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uzumapps.wakelockdetector.full

There's some Google pkgs that can also run the heck outta the phone.. Like Duo app that is inherently installed, VoIP apps has been a culprit as well (food for thought).

just tried a clean install with pico gapps will not add any additional apps except gsam battery monitor ,,, cross fingers 2 things I did different updated the gapps version and did not choose reinstall apps from cloud google drive back up during the install when it ask choose new device

Thanks mang! You're good to go! Only stress the XT1775 stuff diff's with stock. The ROMs should work just fine. As the top of the thread says: XT1776 & XT1775..
