HELP! Phone keeps running out of memory
for the last 6 month i have had to erase my phone almost to the bare bones... it started telling my "memory was full". i have removed all my apps I've added. i had over 15 apps for restaurants, grocery stores etc. normal apps for busy family's.
i can no longer view incoming pics or open my gallery.
every time i get a text i get a memory full until i erase the message. i erase the apps and the space it automatically gone but no function is helped.
My family and friends are about to disown me- they can never get messages to me or they think i'm being rude and not responding.
where is my space going? how can i have enough room and memory to have 15-20 more apps than i do now one day to no room and no app on my phone.
i love this phone it is easy to work and i am not a tech savey person and i can use it without problems but this is killing me i do not want to have to buy a phone for thousands of $ when this one could serve my simple needs. i don't need all the bells and whistles but i do want my apps and messages. i have transferred everything over to my 128g SD card that can be transferred. no pics no audio nothing is stored on the internal memory/storage that can be moved and still no room. all of that was stored on the phone before this issue came about.
does anyone have any idea what is happening and why it happened so quickly?
