I have my phone for at 11 months and I never had a problem with the phone when it comes to charging, however recently my phone charges very slowly. It normally takes like a hour for it to go from 0% to 71%, but now it takes a hour & a half to get from 0% to 50%. Additionally, even if I charge it when its turned off & I leave it alone it still charges slowly to the point where It now takes 6 hours to charge completely. My guess of why I'm having this issue is because of heat. I need a solution, is there anything I can so that my phone will fast charge again?

How do you normally charge it? With the cable or wirelessly? It could be the sign of a failing battery or a failing charger. If it is slow to charge no matter what method you use, then I'd guess the battery is on it's way out.

Try a few different chargers, and even a different cable. Samsung phones can be a little fussy that way.

So I tried to charge it with another charger, but its still charging very slow, & just yesterday my regular charger charged my phone really fast like its supposed to, but when I turned on my phone, my battery drained really fast from 100% to 72% in just 10 minutes, & today it took 10 minutes for the batter to charge from 0% to 2%. Is it the charger or the battery?

My guess is generally the usb cable .. they arent all the same, and damaged or poor quality ones will charge very slowly...
.... But if the battery is discharging very quickly as well... Then that points to the battery not the charger

Well after charging my phone to 90% using a different charger, it quickly dropped to 29% & it says the estimated time to recharge back to 100% fully is 2 hours & 20 minutes

A phone battery is made up of cells connected in series. When one (or more) of those cells goes bad the voltage drops very quickly. And, it's voltage that the phone uses to determine charge levels, so ... It looks like someone is going battery shopping.
