Where do you want to remove them from?
Unless you are using some odd interface that pretends to be an iPhone, there are two places these icons could be: on one (or more) of you home screens, and in the 'app drawer'. Icons can simply be removed from the home screen, you don't have to be able to uninstall or disable the app to do this: usually just press and hold the icon and you can drag it off or select 'remove' from the options (depending on what launcher, i.e. interface app, you are using). It will still be installed, and still in the app drawer. If you want it gone from the app drawer as well then the simplest way is probably to use a replacement launcher such as Nova, which will let you hide apps from there. I proposed this an a reply to your other (duplicate) thread.
If you do have one of those odd iPhone-copying interfaces (such as MIUI) then just using a replacement launcher instead is the simplest solution. You've not said what phone this is, so we don't know what your default interface is.
You usually cannot uninstall system apps, and the phone will stop you disabling some (usually ones that are essential, but sometimes others - it depends on the manufacturer). But for your purpose just hiding them from the user interface is all you need, so there is no need to uninstall them.
