Root [International] Stuck on Get PIT for mapping

DO you have Kies installed? - It can interfere with Odin
Have you connected the phone in both debugging and normal mode to ensure drivers are loaded?

Are you connecting the phone before starting Odin?

Open Odin...link the CF file in the PDA slot.....then connect your phone (in debug mode) let the drivers load..once the drivers have successfully loaded..hit start.

I'm using Odin3 V1.85 and was able to root the phone quicker than I downloaded the CF files!!

Hi there

Had the same issue resolved it by plugging usb cord directly into a usb port instead of a usb hub...
Hey HTC Unlocker, Ur Method helped me man... Thanks a Lot...

It helped me when i plugged the cable in the back side USB port of my PC... Previously I was using the front ports that was giving me problem... Thanks a lot..

The front USB ports on a PC will usually be via an internal hub in the case. So if are having problems, definitely worth trying the rear USB ports instead, as those are directly on the PC main board.
