I have a unlocked Note 8 AT&T it's a SM-950U1; I have a Dell computer 2 in 1 it's a tablet and laptop I just bought it is brand new I've only got it to install firmware once on my phone and every other time it would not do it I would have to use my daughter's computer to install firmware on my phone it's just that I like to have to keep a backup just in case something happens so I can reinstall if I run into any issues I don't know why my computer is having problems it will not I mean it'll run Odin you can put the files in there and everything but when you plug up the phone and put the files in and hit start it fails every time but if I do it on my daughter's computer I don't have a problem whatsoever with my daughter's computer it loads up all the files up in a Split Second and it says pass and it boots right back up I don't know why I'm having this problem I don't know what to do I don't know how to fix it but that's the main reason I bought this computer for my phone and for visitations if there's anyone out there that could help me I would appreciate it so much thank you in advance Daniel
