I can see how I create a task from an email inside the gmail web version, but not on the app, which I use most of the time.
Can anyone tell me how to do that?

create tasks in gmail app

- View the list of existing tasks. Tap the circle next to a task to mark it as complete.
- Tap the Add a new task button at the bottom of the screen to add tasks.
- Use the menus at the bottom of the screen to create and name additional lists, to rename or delete a list, or to delete all the completed tasks

Does this create a task from an email? Or is this just the regular way of creating a new task?
What I need is a button inside the Gmail app which is a one click way to create a task in the Tasks app incl. a link to the email
