I really don't understand the idea behind "hibernation" because what Greenify does on my device is just forcing stop the apps that are running in the background. Which I guess is actually what all the task killers do. What is hibernation exactly and how is it different from task killers?
Is it like this because I'm not rooted? If so, when not rooted, I might as well just use every other task killer for the job? What's the difference exactly? (Aside from Greenify is able to monitor the apps so that it doesn't stop the apps that need to run in the background like Spotify.)
