Help I keep getting pop up ads on my homescreen

I keep getting pop up ads on my homescreen when I go to open an app or get out of my lockscreen.
I've tried uninstalling all recent apps I've downloaded and it still happens. I've tried going through the Google ad settings and all and I've still been getting them. When one pops up I can quickly go to my list of open apps and it shows they're from Lovely Ads if that at all helps?
Like just a couple minutes before writing this I was watching YouTube and it closes the app, opens YouTube Music, and plays an ad.

An ad blocker might help. No idea what to recommend though?
Many news site won't let you proceed if an ad blocker is installed.
Learned that the hard way.
