Kids, the new plans on Metro by Tmobile start today.
Biggest gotcha is only 480p, HD addon is $10. 480p streaming sucks, no matter how much lower the price.
@ $60(@$70 upgrade from 480p) you get free Google One & Amazon Prime.
I'm on grandfathered $50 Unlimited, so these plans not attractive--even paying Prime separately. I would guess ditto for those on the old $60 Unlimited.

Not true anymore this past month, seemingly. And deprioritized speeds have been glacial, surfing and apps are almost unusable.
Or could be a temporary glitch, as conversely on the Unlimited Plan phone the Metro app seems to be counting very little of the data: for Hotspot it is counting several GB, BUT for Total it's only listing a few MB.
