So while I was browsing the internet my phone started vibrating and the flashlight started turning on and off. Seconds later a black screen appeared and on it a blue ball like creature with a smile on it's face. It started jumping, and if I remember correctly it did even say "Hi". But that may be just something else, which I misheard. I swear I'm not high, and nothing ran on my phone. There are no new apps that I downloaded. It was the first time my phone did this. And as soon as I touched the screen it went away. I tried reading about this on other forums but I've found nothing. I hope someone can tell me what it is.

You said in your first post that you were browsing when this happened.
That said, I haven't encountered ads that activate the flashlight, though any app with camera access could do that.

Yes, I did browse the internet, but on my pc. That was my bad not mentioning it. The phone was completely locked.
