Help Lookout question and stalker help please

Why would i get a text from 1-415-689-9016 lookout is sending this message to initiate an automatic connection. No action required LKOc1hc29 and i deactivated the lookout on my lg phone 3 mo ago. Could this be someone putting spyware on my phone? Please help as someone keeps messing with my cell phone use. I have had calls to 911 emergency services rerouted on 3 different cell phones and different phone carriers, tmobile, net10 and sprint. Please help

The text is most probably spam and nothing to do with any potential compromise on our phone. Rerouted 911 calls - on different phones and different carriers - that's puzzling. The only explanation I can think of is that the 911 service was temporarily overloaded and automatically rerouted to a fallback number - This is just a guess, someone may well have the real story.
