I have prestigio wize n3 phone and I just did a system restore because in my room where wifi conection is week the phone started disconecting randomly and not seeing the wifi even when I walk right to the router.
Rebooted router and phone like 10 times still nothing only after ~20min or so the wifi reappeared. Blackouts like these continued to happen for weeks so I reset the phone. Now the wifi is blacked out all the time and when it does finaly connect to the wifi it disconects after 30 sec and disapears for few h again and again. I cant use internet at all. This is not a fault in the router because it doesnt connect to any wifi, no matter where I am. ALSO: my sim card doesn't work any more. Cant use mobile data and cant call anyone and I am unreachable by other people 24/7 who want to call me even thou the coverage is at 5/5 bars.
I already did another system restore maybe my antena is broken? How can I tell whats wrong.
I might dropped the phone once or twice (or more) but everything worked before system restore....

@BenedictsFor let me first say that I have never seen a prestigio device, so I'm speaking generally about Android and mobile devices.

Let me ask a few questions first. Did the phone work fairly well and then all of a sudden start having wifi problems? Or, was it a gradual decline? You said the problem isn't the router, but do other devices connect to your WiFi without issue? And you said the SIM card also doesn't work now. Have you tried your SIM card in any other phone? While it's uncommon, SIM card can go bad.

This may apply or not, but I have had a similar experience when my next door neighbor installed a new WiFi router that was broadcasting particularly high powered signals on the same WiFi channel and i found that if I changed the channel in my router setup, I could get a better connection. Oddly it affected only my phone and one laptop. Other devices in my house didn't seem to have the same issues.

When you say it doesn't connect to any wifi no matter where you are, you mean you can see them in the available networks list and you simply can't make a connection, or you are in range of a known network and it doesn't show in the list?

Do you use any type of VPN or proxy to connect to the internet?

Have you tried booting in safe mode to see if it's an app that's hijacking your network connections?

WiFi is great when it works, but troubleshooting can be a bear, when it doesn't.

That does all sounds like there may well be a hardware fault with it, that's preventing any wireless from working properly, and manufacturer or service tech repair is required.

FWIW we've had posts before about apparent quality and reliability issues with some Prestigio phones and tablets. And Prestigio are budget devices from unknown Chinese manufacturers.

Ok regarding last post: I have tried multiple routers including my school routers and any other device can connect np but mine cant. Wifi problems apeared after I factory reset my phone because it had some minor issues with connecting to my home wifi, not others. Haven't tried booting in safe mode and checking what ever it was to check, maybe you can tell me how and what to do.

Regarding this post: It might be hardware fault, prestigio is pretty sh** (sorry) but why would it start having these problems only after factory reset?

Could be a coincidence, or, if something was corrupt in your system, it would survive a factory reset and you'd have to flash the original firmware. Again, not being familiar with prestigio phones, most phones can boot into safe mode by holding the power button and when the menu appears, long-press shut down (or power off, or whatever it says) and you should see an option to boot into safe mode. From there, go to menu>settings>Network>Wifi, verify that your Wifi adapter is on and see if it is seeing *any* available networks.
