Without knowing just which files you deleted, I tend to agree with @lunatic59 that you might want to just think about flashing your phone with a stock ROM. It's not a good idea to randomly delete system files, especially if you didn't back them up first.
Flashing the ROM will restore all system files so you'll need to root it again. You can download a stock, Samsung ROM from here:
https://updato.com/firmware-archive-select-model?q=sm-j510mn&exact=1&r=&v=&rpp=100
Pick the one that matches your country and carrier. Instructions on what to do here:
https://updato.com/how-to/how-to-install-an-official-samsung-stock-firmware-using-odin
Be sure to back up all your data first. Try using Samsung's 'Smart Switch' utility to do a full backup, it'll also make it much less of a hassle to do a restore in needed. If you follow the instructions as written, you won't lose any personal data, but you should still do a backup just in case something goes wrong. Using Odin the flashing process only affects the system partitions, it does not wipe the user data partition (where your data resides).
Also note that a Factory Reset will not do anything to restore those deleted system files. Contrarily, a Factory Reset wipes the user data partition but does nothing to the system partitions (where all the operating system files reside).
