Beitaplugin

It's one of the apps you've installed that's responsible - the trick is finding which one.

There are several other threads about this here already, so if you look through one of those it may give some hints (but there's no guarantee that you don't have a different app with this). Once you find the app, report it to Google as well as uninstalling it: they eventually act against intrusive adware if it generates enough complaints.

This is the longest of the threads on this topic here. A "Smart Scan" app has been mentioned by a number of people there.

I am getting these too ever since my Samsung updated. It is not with an app.

I suggest that you do check any apps that were recently installed or updated. Because Samsung would NOT put Chinese adware(BeiTa) in their updates.

Culprit apps that have been reported as having BeiTa do come from China. One of them is apparently a barcode scanner.
