When I run Kingo ROOT for PC, it displays a loading screen for a short moment, then tells me what's specified in the title, and asks me if I'll retry or quit. I do not know why this happens, but I need Kingo ROOT to root my ZTE Grand X 3, and without this tool, most say it won't work.

If there is any possible assistance, anything I need to change with the wifi I use, or anything of the sort, please let me know. I have my own home wifi so I'm not limited to the changes I can make so long as I can find instructions on how.

maby set your PC to use google dns

Alright, I'll make a new post then.

Kingroot is malware and adware, it installs things on your device that track your actions, and it adds other unneeded files when installed. Give me a moment and I'll post a link to XDA.

Yeah but it's no big deal if you then remove kingroot, and replace with SuperSU

to that end I have a package available to replace kingroot with supersu and keep root.

it's not my organelle work, but I did rewrite it to fit my use cases.
I like to work from the /data/local/tmp directory

if you'd like access to my package for that, just post here and I'll link you up.

You don't know what all KingRoot does, I'd definitely recommend the heavy reading from the link I provided previously.
