Want to Know the diffrence

When you create a thread and make the first post, you are automatically labeled as the "Thread Starter" in that thread, as you can see here. This makes it easier to identify that person as more people post in the thread and there is discussion back and forth.

Moderators are volunteers who help with the day-to-day operation of the forums. They have the ability to move, edit and lock threads among other things. Think of them as an auxiliary police force.

Administrators can be thought of as "management". In addition to being able to do what a moderator does, they also have control over the forum software and user accounts.

A Recognized Developer is given that title by the administrators for their contributions to the community as, obviously, a developer.

The above is somewhat simplified but hopefully sufficient to answer your question. I'm sure others will be along to add more detail.

Dudettes in loose mood ??
explain please
I'm guessing that means friendly and helpful(???) :)

About the "Guides" - in addition to Moderators and Administrators, there used to be another group of users here called Guides.

They were kind of like moderators with more of an organizational role. A few years ago the Guide badge was removed, with mods and admin remaining.
