Wi-Fi connectivity Problem

I am using the Honor 10 Lite smartphone. I just bought this new smartphone and facing some issues while connecting wifi. Can someone help me or give me some solution for it?

Try restarting your WiFi router? Are you entering the correct password?

We'd love to--if we knew what "it" is!

Please tell us, in as much detail as possible, what issues you're experiencing with wi-fi. Do other phones/devices have the same problem? Does your phone have these issues on all wi-fi networks, or just a specific one (like at home)?

Usually, when I connect mobile to wifi its shows connected but not working. If I check for some advance options then it's showing that no internet.
