My display loses color and randomly goes to black and white. I have to go back into settings and tell it to use color again. There's no Rhyme or Reason for this and it can happen any time of the day. Sometimes I turn it on it's in colors other times I turn it on it's in black and white. Anybody know what's going on? Thanks.

you can try a few things. try it in safe mode and see if it is still happening. and you can also do a hard reset and see if it is still happening. if all those fail, then i would for sure take it in.

Yes. I've done the hard reset several times now. What a pain in the butt putting all the apps back in. Anyway it's still is going to Black. I'll take it in tomorrow. Thanks.

FYI monochrome display is something that can be done from the Developer menu in Settings. Has anyone else been messing with the phone?
