Help please help!!!

Hello, sorry for my english first of all

I will explain my problem briefly here so if anyone can understand and tell me the solution

I found an post about installing Dolby Atmos into my device and then I idiotically followed their steps to install that dolbyatmos.zip file into my device, on the thread it said that you have to have the TWRP Recovery Mode to install an zip file
so I downloaded odin 3.12.3 and with it i flashed the TWRP "TWRP_3.2.1-0_J7-Pro"
and after flashing into the twrp i successfully got into TWRP Recovery Mode
tried to install the dolbyatmos.zip from the install menu but my Internal Storage was showing 0mb
so I thought rebooting the device will may be solve the problem but now the device gone into boot loop
it is constantly restarting (only showing the model number again and again), I dont mind data loss or something because I have the whole phone backup in to the kies and in my pc too.
so my question is
what can I do to get my mobile started again??
anyone please help me

can you get into TWRP? did you make a nandroid backup with TWRP? if u did not, making a nandroid backuop is one of the first things you do when you have a custom recovery. it is a complete backup of your phone. you want to always make a nandroid backup anytime you want to make changes to your phone.

after twrp install did you install magisk as well?

have you tried to flash a firmware for your device?

I did not made the nandroid backup
no I did not install magisk

So something like a bootloop indicates the installed Android operating system has been corrupted. It sounds likely that you need to flash a stock ROM to restore your phone back into working condition. Hopefully you have access to a computer as this will make the process a lot easier.
The first thing to try is use Samsung's Smart Switch utility:

This is a semi-automated way to try and fix your J7 Pro. If it works it will be just a matter of entering the necessary info and clicking on a few buttons. In your case I don't think it will work out but it's worth trying. If it doesn't, then try fixing your phone the manual way.

Go here, select and download a stock ROM that corresponds with your carrier:

Be sure to select the correct one, it's important to use just the ROM that matches your phone model and carrier. ROMs are not interchangeable.

Your J7 Pro can be restarted up into different maintenance modes -- Recovery Mode is for using specific maintenance utilities and Download Mode will be what you need to start your phone up into so flash the ROM. Typically your phone had a stock Recovery and when you flashed TWRP that was installing a custom Recovery. When you'll be flashing the stock ROM it will return your phone back to using a stock Recovery.

Also, the Odin utility referred to in the install instructions is a Windows application. If you don't have access to a Windows PC there's also Heimdall, an Open Source alternative to Odin that's available for Linux, Mac, and Windows.

The menus and interface is a little different with Heimdall but functionally it's the same a Odin so you just need to a little flexible to do the same thing.
Hopefully when you were adding TWRP in the process you didn't wipe your data partition but when you use Odin, or Heimdall, to flash a stock ROM, and you follow the instructions correctly, your previously saved data should still be there. (It's mentioned in the instructions but just to re-emphasize, do not enable the Re-partition option!)

I will follow every step mentioned here step by step for the successfull installation of Firmware
and one more question
Is this Firmware ok to download that is the exact serial number i have and this is Android 9 Pie in it with One UI

It appears to be a matching ROM for your model and worth trying. In the event it might not be the odds are you'll soft brick your device (not unlike the state it's currently in) so you can just download the correct ROM elsewhere and re-flash.

Bro there are two csc files in the folder

Which one should I use in CSC section from above?

yes I unzipped the 2GB file and there are 5 md5 files in it here is the picture of them all

I found the thread that says only CSC file will factory reset the whole device and HOME_CSC will not delete internal storage or data of the device
So I guess I have all the data backed up then I am going with CSC
and will let you know if face any problems.

the Firmware I downloaded was successfully flashed and my device is now working fine
In case if anyone want to flash their J730GM device you must use Odin 3.13.3 & download the latest firmware from here

you will get 2 of CSC fils so there is a better option for anyone who dont want to loose their data even after flashing the device they must use CSC_HOME otherwise use only CSC to totally factory format and flash.
flash it, It will work like charm
