Help - Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (SM-910T) Can hear calls only on Wifi

Hello Forum!

I've been having this issue for a month now. I can only hear calls only when I'm on wifi. If I turn off the wifi neither me nor the person I'm calling to can hear each other.

Model Number : SM-N910T
Android Version : 6.0.1
Baseband Version : N910TUVU2EQI2

ok so this could be either software or hardware. being your phone is pretty old i would assume it is hardware. but to be safe you might want to try a factory reset and see if the issues persist. if it does after the factory reset then it is most likely a hardware issue and you can either have it looked at and see if it can be fixed, or just upgrade your phone to something newer.
