Looking for an app with specific function.

TLDR:
Looking for a 3rd party app that can block all incoming calls when another specific app is in focus. The 3rd party app needs to run in the background and not need to be 'enabled' before expecting it to perform.

DETAILED:
Have a complaint from our CEO that when people call his phone when he is dialed into the 'Zoom Meetings' apps, it minimizes the Zoom app and interrupts the meeting.

Zoom doesn't have the option to block this behavior.
Neither does the Android build on the his Phone (Galaxy S10+)
So I need a 3rd party app that can block incoming calls when a certain app is in focus. The CEO will not have the time or patience to enable such a feature every time it is needed. (Otherwise he could just enable 'call blocking' and disable it after the meeting.) It will need to function in the background and perform its task autonomously. There are so many apps to go through, and I haven't had luck finding one with such a feature yet. Any one know of such a thing?

"Call block" is a possible action in Tasker, and I know you can trigger on a particular app being active. You'd need to ensure it reverted when the condition ended (an exit task).

However I've never used the call block action, and it has quite a number of options. So I can't just write a task + profile for this offhand. Just saying that it seems plausible to me that this can be done.

Thanks @Hadron, I thought Tasker was a hands off solution. @Andrew Gist, for the moment I moved this to the Tasker Channel to get the eyes of some Tasker gurus on the thread. Hopefully one of them can confirm it's possible and potentially offer the steps. Good luck. :)
