Help Not playing Video

I have a new S10e. I recently took some video, but when I try to replay it, i get an error saying "Failed to play video" An unknown error has occurred.

I tried rebooting the phone, and a video I took today seems to run fine.
Also, earlier photos I took with the phone show up in thumbnails, but when I try to view them, I get a gray screen with a !
Does anyone have an idea what's wrong? Can it be fixed?
