Hello All,

I am new here as you can tell from the post. I was a deadly ios fan. I had been using it for almost 5 years. I have owned the following ios phones in the following order:

iPhone 5s - 32GB
iPhone 6s - 128GB
iPhone 6s - 16GB
iPhone 6 plus - 64GB
iPhone SE - 32GB

I know that is a crazy order as I wasn't using the latest phones.

Anyways, currently I switched to android Motorola G5s Plus as I wasn't able to afford iphone and I found something pretty interesting. Android is years ahead when it come to features and customization. iOS is pretty limited when it come to features and it is not customize able at all.

So far I am loving Android specially the features like:

Data Saver.
Notification Center.
Ability to access setting from notification center.
Ability to turn off wifi completely from notification center. Same goes for bluetooth.

and list goes on.

I have joined this forum so learn some android hacks and make my android experience more worth while.

Welcome to the party :)

Welcome! If customization is what you want then Android is better. iOS is slick and nice. Personally, I have an iPad because I need FaceTime for my business. I like it okay, but I just can't do as much. Personally, I prefer my freedom, but iPhone sells for a reason. It's good. Competition is good. Android spurred iPhone on and vice-versa and we consumers are the beneficiaries. Long live capitalism!
