I would think the nvidia shield. I picked up an ematic jetstream tv for streaming from my hdhomerun prime tv tuner. It works pretty well for about $70. I also read the mibox is pretty good but lacks an ethernet port. I almost bought a q box off amazon but read it is not google certified so I bought the jetstream. I have only used it for streaming so far. No games yet.

I have the mibox S and bought an ethernet adapter for $14. Works great.
The box is very solid for $60. It's not the Shield but it works for me.
