Help Snapchat Issues / Notifications Sound Issue

I was on vacation last week & was using Snapchat on mt Note 8 every time I took a video & added a filter to it I saved it after but when I posted the video the filter was not on it. I emailed Snapchat they did not respond. anyone else having that problem ?
also I lost all of my Zedge Notification sounds & I re downloaded them they are in my notifications but when I choose one it won't work only the Samsung ones work any help ?

Sounds like an app issue. Just sounds unique to your situation and highly doubt someone else has experienced the same exact problem.

Let me ask, are you able to reproduce the issue every time or is it hit or miss? What steps did you take to troubleshoot ?

no everytime I use it. I re booted my phone logged out & logged back in still does not work
