what cases you rockin?

hi,

ive got a Spigen gel case on mine - fits well and is decent quality - good protection too i think as slightly raised top edge

....but holding the uncloaked device .... makes me think i need a super slim one :/

I'm currently at the other extreme, a flip case. Provides screen protection when closed, no risk of accidentally answering a call in my pocket, and I find it easier to use one-handed (gripping the cover between my fingers while typing with a thumb - I find even this phone slightly wide for comfortable one-handed use otherwise, which is why I'm not buying a 7.5cm wide phone ever, no matter what its specs or features.

ah i see - yeah i decided the same re big phones ... my sony prem is a great phone ... but just so big and heavy :/

Yup, it's just a bumper around the edge of the phone. It's got enough overlap on the front and back that I don't have to worry about throwing the phone down on a surface - the bumper is pretty much always going to make contact before the delicate front (or back, in the case of the Pixel 3).

I've loved bumper cases since they were offered for the Nexus 4 so I jumped as soon as I saw RhinoShield making one for the Pixel.
