I think Mobile ID is related to that also. What I hate about it is it eats up my battery. It can use 30% or more of my battery power! And when you Force stop it the stupid app constantly restarts itself. Been driving me nuts. How difficult is rooting phone? I may have to resort to that. And Connections Optimizer won't stay closed either.

I found a solution! I was able to disable Mobile ID, Sprint Installer and Connections Optimizer! Hallelujah
It is called CCSWE App Manager Pro!
I disabled them and they are no longer on the app list in System preferences.
And no rooting involved.
Pro version was $2.49 and well worth it!
