ok so i still do not know what your question is, if any. for me i did not worry about my phone learning my [phone usage......i just used my phone as i normally would. i did not drain the battery all the way down and then recharge. so in the thread title you said it stopped learning? how do you know?

No, you're not very clear. I wouldn't have asked you for more information if you were clear.

Maybe English isn't your first language, I don't know. But just because you know what you mean, doesn't mean everyone else does.

Now, based on your further replies, I think I may have a handle on what you're asking...

Are you saying that your Note has been showing "Learning Usage Patterns" for 3 days, and that you're asking when this will change to showing battery life left in hours? And asking when we noticed this change and whether we did anything specific like full battery drains?

If that is what you're asking then the first answer is I can't remember when mine changed. But I think it can take up to a week.

I did run my phone as low as possible to see how long I could get out of it (varies depending on apps, Facebook is greedy). But i didn't do this with the express intention of helping the phone work out it's battery life.

I checked mine early this morning and it read still learning.

Now after being off the charger for an hour it says the time left in hours.

So is it possible you're looking too soon after removing the phone from the charger?

Had my plus never show battery usage time for a month, and 9 resets later still the same. Learning usage pattern. Add to that, installed apps disappear after reboots.

Solution for me, 7 hrs of calls to executive carriers office and today granted ending lease to reorder, and now ordered aura glow and not black, and hopefully this device will be more educated in a week and not a month.

Chose another color to not have a jinx on me, and no more losing apps.

Post wouldn't allow longer title.

I have arura glow version I mean personally it's most baked into device care and battery usage I usually don't care about if it dies it dies lol but I know Facebook is the battery killer

nothing to do with battery percentage, but defective board and firmware.

Last preorder after a months usage never stopped learning usage pattern. I got aura glow in a replacement and I dont care about SOT, just showing it finally works. AND I am not GAMING for SOT using medium or max battery setting.
now its a working device as a new device should.

Every new phone I get I always charge it fully, then do the smart switch and configure/reload apps etc.... then drain it completely. Recharge it and use as normal. Never had an issue with any of them either carrier locked or unlocked from Samsung. Only had mine about a week now.

Not to mention it this is now happening to me, it's just saying Learning Usage Patterns but it's been 3 days since my last factory reset and nothing is their an amount of time the the note 10/10+ should already learned my battery usage?

MY PRIOR went a month and nothing. NEW ONE SOLVED.

now its back on the new one ONLY due to a factory reset which I WISHED I never did and WONT exchange again. now 3 days into learning pattern again. I guess it got stupid after a reset and lost its F@@@@ng mind. BUT shows 11 hrs SOT!
