Aristo 3 Audio... Gone

OK so this might be repetitive not knowing what you've already tried to diagnose the matter but:
-- Restart your Aristo. Just rebooting a device can solve a lot of one-off glitches. At least if the same problem exists after a reboot you know the problem is actually something to look into and not a one time event.
-- Just to confirm your earbuds are not the source of the problem, do they work elsewhere? The headphone jack being a common industry standard you can plug it into any number of other things that have a stereo output -- other mobile device, TV, DVR, computer, laptop, etc. As you referred to, it's very unlikely that more than one would fail the same way at the same time but still just to eliminate the possibility as none of us know what kind of environment you're using them in.
-- Is the audio working in your phone's internal speaker? And you've double-checked the audio options in your Settings menu? If the internal speaker is working, at least that eliminates something with your phone itself and narrows the issue down to maybe just the headphone jack.
-- It also could be just a misguided assumption that the headphone jack is involved, are you instead referring to Bluetooth earbuds?
