Why not ask the phone's owner?

It could be a workout app (you'd be amazed how many 'butt workout' apps there are in the Play Store), or it could be something else. Unless someone with exactly the same app sees the post it's unlikely you will get a definite answer.

like I said in my post, it was in my old phone. I got a new note 10 and switched all my stuff, and found this in my screenshots.

sorry we get this a lot here. most of the time it is because of a suspicious partner who wants to know if the other is more or less cheating. thus we see this type of thread daily.

so the issue is that there are tons of icons that can represent apps. and if you add in website notifications, then we can add another thousand or so more.

the only true way to know what the icon is would be through the phone it is on. if you look in the phone's settings and under notifications you should be able to find the icon and the app that it is associated with.

there really is no other way, unless you get lucky and someone here will recognize it. but more times than not, no one identifies it.

I never knew that about web notifications adding icons in the status bar as I have away jad mine set to off. Recently, I was thinking of enabling them and thank you for your information. I am alway eager to learn something new.
