Welcome to Android Forums, Hossein Mahboob! :)

I'm a little confused. You've said you want to skip the Android setup screen, but you also said you're stuck on the activation screen.

Can you clarify exactly what the problem is?

By activation screen, if you mean you're being prompted for the phone's account credentials, you'll have to enter the Google account's info (Gmail address and password) that's associated with the phone.

And instead of trying to skip the setup screen, why not just go ahead and step through it? It may be a hassle, but at least it'll be over with!

You can access the phone as long as you have the right credentials.
Gmail account and password.
There are no work arounds
Dears please check this video to realize why I want to skip, BECAUSE OF STUCK AND CAN"T GO FURTHER

Okay, I've watched it again, and this is what you're seeing:

and then, when you press 'Let's go' it just sits there with "Please wait, this may take a few minutes," correct?

I've never seen this happen. It makes me wonder a few things. Is this a new phone? Or did you buy it used? If you bought it new, where did you buy it? It should still be under warranty. I bought mine from Motorola last year, and when it developed a problem, they shipped out a new one just like that. So if yours is under warranty, that's what I'd do.

Have you tried forcing a shutdown? There's a power key/volume key combination that will do that; I think it's power key and volume down key held down simultaneously.

If you bought this phone from any reputable source, they should be willing to replace it or refund your money.

Maybe someone else will have better advice.

Is this phone actually online at all? Like I can't see either cellular data and/or WiFi indicators. There's NFC, Bluetooth, and something else that I don't recognise.

When you first setup an Android phone, usually it should prompt you to connect to the internet first, like connecting to a WiFi AP or using cellular data from the carrier.

Although if it doesn't have an internet connection, it shouldn't just hang should it?

Mine did that too, when I got this copy in Jan this year, it seem vaguley familiar for me, you just need to find the right tower that is pretty close to the phone.
