No the thing that looks like an 8 the big pic in the center. It was in the upper left of the notification bar. I just zoomed in on it and took a pic of it !!
How do you zoom in when taking a screenshot?

Or do you mean you used your phone to zoom in on someone else's phone and snapped a pic?

If it's your phone, just pull down on the notification bar and find out what it's from.

If it's not your phone, the most efficient way of finding out is to ask its owner. Unless you can't...for some reason...

I took a screen shot then zoomed in on the upper left until the icon got big then screen shotted that . So it's a screen shot of a screen shot

Here it is the true. It's embarrassing. But my wife has been sleeping with her phone. Protective of it like a dog and her pup. I recently found a man's 3xl Aramark winter jacket in out house. Incase any of you all don't know what Aramark is . It is a company that delivers food and such to schools jails prisons and other institutions. I don't work at Aramark my wife doesn't work at Aramark. And I wear a large. My son wears a large and my daughter wears IDK tiny little jacket. Lol. I asked my all the kids if they brought the jacket home from somewhere. And none of the kids had a clue where the jacket came from . And if I didn't bring the jacket into the house that only leaves one other person. My wife. She would have to know where it came from. When I asked her about it she flipped out and blamed it on one of the kids. This is a big man's 3xl work jacket issued my Aramark company. There are so many things that I've found on her phone in her car but I have yet to walk in and find her on her knees! I have att . And I check the att call log alot.. so I was checking hers then I started checking the kids then I started checking mine. Something I found that was strange was alot of the numbers she was texting from her phone when I called them back just just a day later they were no longer in service. How can you can talk to someone on a number all day and text them all day long on say a monday. And on Tuesday it's no longer I service. ? This was every number

Ok so then I started checking mine call and text log. And I noticed there were numbers on there. That I had never texted before . Hundreds of texts to wired number that I didn't text. When I called them they were no longer in service . So I started thinking how the ****could my phone send text messages if I had the phone and I didn't send them . So off to Att I when . They informed me you can use something called att messages from the web. Messages.att.net. and you can create a different username and password for every phone on your att and can send messages using it. He then logged into the messages account and send a text from my phone number to his I'm assuming the att business number he received the message from my number. But when. You look at my phone it doesn't show a message was sent on the phone only on the messages.att.net account. .

Here it is the true.
Here's a little hint: we already knew.
It's embarrassing.
No, it isn't. :)

Based on what you've found, you have every right to be concerned. No need to be embarrassed--you're not the spouse doing deceitful things.

As for the icon, it does resemble an 8, as @Unforgiven noted--are you in an area where 8° could be its temperature?

To me, it looks more like an hourglass--perhaps a timer of some sort?

If you can get a clearer picture of it, that may help. Meanwhile, please don't worry about embarrassment here.

I know on Samsung you can run dual apps.
Why would someone want to run dual Facebook's app.
What is the point ? I only learned because one day she was in her phone and I noticed her Facebook icon had a strange little symbol in the corner of it. She said she didn't have a clue what it was. Said I was parnanoid and crazy . So I googled it and that symbol means your running dual app.
Why? Why would you want to run dual app. The next day it was gone on her. The regular Facebook icon was back. I was able to get her phone about 6 months one night . And her Google maps timline showed her leaving work early and going driving to a motel and some other days showed her at a house about 20 mins away. I asked her about it back then and she said I was parnanoid stupid mother ****er and all this shit. Always turns it back around on me. When I confront . Can Google maps be wrong all the time ??
And what about the dual face book app thing???

I have found Google Maps to be wrong most times, hahaha.

Unfortunately, I don't thnk that it is in you case.

If she is running dual apps, she may also have more than one Facebook account.
I have three myself.
(Not for the same reasons that we suspect here.)

Often, when an accused turns the subject back onto the accuser, it is due to guilt.

The situation sucks, as I am sure that you already know.

You can choose to leave her phone alone and act like nothing ever happened.

You can choose to continue on with the course that you have been on.

You may choose to do something different altogether.

Just know that whatever questions or issues you come across with an Android, we will be there to try to help.

All kidding aside (I thought that you might need a chuckle), there aee many that have been, are, and will be in your situation.

Good luck, whatever your choices may be.

Thank you for being understanding and non judgmental !.
You're welcome. :)
No the day it was taken it was 62 degrees outside. .
Okay, so that rules that out!

On a personal note, it sounds like you have a very serious problem--one that can't be solved by identifying an icon.

My best advice is to have a heart-to-heart talk with your wife, and ask her to consider counseling. If she's not interested in marriage counseling, that will tell you a lot. :(

But go to therapy on your own. You could use feedback and support from an impartial person.

If you're religious, and already have a good relationship with your priest/rabbi/pastor/etc., you can talk to them if that's more comfortable for you.

Thank you all very listening and not telling me that I'm insane. Basically if I understand the dual app thing correctly.
You could have basically two Facebook accounts. So the Facebook on her phone that is in her phone when we are together could just be the account with say.. all the friends and messages etc. . That she wants me to see if I were to look. But the 'REAL' FACEBOOK APP is the other one that I don't see. The only way that I found to make the Facebook icon have that little symbol was by turning in dual apps. And selecting Facebook. Which means she and only her turned dual apps on and selected face to run dual app. She's such a liar. I'm driving myself crazy because everything I find she just turns it around on me or gets so defensive and loud yelling that I just drop the subject all together. She is making me think I'm crazy ..lol

One more thing. When she's on her Facebook account on like the news feed or whatever it is. And she' LL be scrolling and reading peooles shit etc.. well you know on there it'll have pictures of people you may know . Well I saw a picture of her on her news feed and under the her pic it said people you may know. I asked her about it she said oh that's an old Facebook from along time ago I forgot the password to it . Blah blah blah. So I created a Facebook account and sent a message to that account with her other pic on it that she's says she can't access because its old and can't remember the password. Well I sent a message and said what's up . She sent me a text message asking me why I had another Facebook. I said what are you talking about. She said you just sent me a message . I said how to do you that . She said I just got it... Lol. I said how you dont remember the password to that account . She acted like I sent it to the account that I see when she's home. Then went on to say I was crazy etc. Etc.

So how can I catch her in the actual act?
I don't know that you can. And, frankly, I think your energy would be better spent elsewhere.

At any rate, I got a clearer shot of the icon:

Now it looks more like an 8! But hourglass is still possible. Let's see if anyone recognizes it.
