Looking to buy a new phone

Hello everyone, sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section but I couldn't find any better one.
I'm looking to buy a new android phone and need some advice.
My current phone is 5 years old and I think it's finally time to change it.

My maximum available budget is 415€/465$US.
Keep in mind that I live in Romania and prices here for phones are higher than usual.
As reference, a Google Pixel 3a which is usually around 286.99€/322$ costs here anywhere between 363€/407$ and a bit over my budget.
You can still recommend me anything if you want just in case I get lucky and find a good deal.

I am NOT interested in a performant camera or in playing games on it(this doesn't mean I don't want a smooth experience though). My phone usage is casual: chatting, reading mail, watching videos/series/movies both online and offline, browsing websites, listening to music via headset or bluetooth.
I'm interested in the following features:

OS:
- Android 10+(or upgradable to 10+)
- Vanilla(original/clean) version or with at least possible added apps/modifications

Display:
- Size between 5" and 5.5". If not possible(I know it's hard to find a phone with a display this small these days), then under 6".
- Good luminosity for good visibility in the sunlight
- 1080p resolution minimum prefferably
- Latest possible gorilla glass or other similar protection
- Non-intrusive/as small as possible notch
- AMOLED/OLED mainly for using always-on display(optional)

Memory:
- At least 64GB of internal storage
- SD card(optional)
- At least 4GB RAM

Battery:
- Prefferably at least 4000mAh(would like to have at least 48h endurance with the above given usage information)
- Fast charge(highly preffered but not mandatory)
- Usb type C(optional)

Comms:
- 5G(optional) or a very good 4G signal
- Strong bluetooth signal(I have a BT sound system at home and would like to be able to play music while freely moving around in my apartment)
- NFC

Others:
- Fingerprint sensor(on the back or under display, doesn't matter)
- Face unlocking(optional)

Hope you guys can pinpoint me to what I need.
Thanks in advance :)

Welcome to Android Forums. Glad you signed up.

To me it sounds like you have a tall order for a phone <500.00 us. I am going to suggest the OnePlus 7 Pro. It's new and it ticks off all your boxes. Here's a link. It's a phone I'd actually get for myself. Here you go! Also, there are more knowledgeable folks than me who will also weigh in for you. Welcome again! Glad to have you aboard!

You referred to a Pixel 3a, which seems to be a pretty good fit for your needs. But you also stated its pricing is $407 as being over your budget while just before that you stated your maximum was $465. Please clarify as to what your maximum price you want to spend.

Anyway, here's a nice write-up on phone recommendations, that include the Pixel 3a:

The gsmarena site has a 'phone finder' page where you select the various features you want.
https://www.gsmarena.com/search.php3?
It might help you narrow down your search but I don't know anything about the carrier services in Romania and how they relate to your phone choice options. Do you have to buy a phone through your chosen carrier, or can you buy your own carrier-unlocked model (that's compatible with your carrier)?

I only offered as a price difference comparison. It's already almost a year old, doesn't have a big enough battery which is a pretty big deal for me and I honestly find it its price/features kind of not worth it.

No, I'm buying a carrier-free phone that works with any national carrier.

I actually forgot about that feature of gsmarena. I used it last time i got a phone. Thank you.

I'm sorry, I misread your post. I thought you said 499. You said 465.
No problem, thanks anyway for trying to help :)
